We just did a head-to-head comparison and the QIAamp CNA kit and MagMAX cfDNA, and the Qiagen kit is significantly better. Not sure if you're sill interested in seeing the data since you posted 2 years ago, but feel free to pop by the Tsui lab if you want to take a look!
