Thanks. I've got access to abs raised against tgm2 from human hepatic cell lines but the majority of my tissue are mouse ffpe blocks so hoping for cross reactivity. Also trying to get ki67 and tunel assay to look at the suggested interactions with cell cycling and apoptotic pathways.

Hi jason, you could check my Methods in enzimology paper to see how actually the different antibodies work. For human tissues and cells CUB7402 works fine, but for the mice it's a real problem with basically none of the commercially available abs suitable for that.
