We currently use LiberaseTM (2.5mg/mL) in a whole skin digest of murine ear skin. We do not need the level of purity that this reagent provides and are looking for a less expensive alternative. The product description describes a mix of Collagenase I and Collagenase II. Has anyone found a good ratio of these to replace Liberase?
