I do not have a nucleofactor available and I am trying to get it with Gene Pulser. But maybe I am having issues to get the right setting on the equipment or it just really wont work... Was anyone able to transfect PSCs using this equipment?

Yes, it is possible to transfect them. However, I usually get lower efficiencies than with the nucleofector.
I use a single 20 ms square wave pulse (250 V).
