Has anyone done gene knockout using CRISPR/Cas9 in SGBS preadipocytes? Are these cells amenable to CRISPRX manipulation?

Not yet. But I am working on the SGBS cell line. I have a query if you can answer. When I induce differentiation in the SBGS cells. They do not form a pellet when I isolate them for RNA extraction. They remain suspended in the growth medium. I have tried increasing the centrifugation speed but a small pellet is formed and many cells float on the surface. Can you guide me a bit on how can I overcome this problem? Thanks
