Has anyone done calcium imaging in AC16 cardiomyocytes (transients, SR load,..)?

I was wondering if AC16 recapitulate the basic electrophysiological features of cardiomyocytes? Are they excitable by field stimulation? Do they show calcium transients? Or can they be made excitable by some sort of "differentiation protocol"?
