Add universal sequence tags to the TS Forward and Reverse Primers for Access

Array amplicon tagging experiments.

Do I have to? the primers will be very long.

If you want to sequence by NGS afterwards, you somehow need to get the library prepared. One way is to do this directly during your PCR. You could also go the more conventional route and ligate adapters. Then you do not need universal sequence tags in your PCR.
