Our lab has recently switched our western blot technique from chemiluminescence to fluorescence. Therefore, we have to optimize the blocking buffer. We have successfully try EveryBlot Blocking Buffer. However, we were wondering whether this solution can be reused in order to save money. Please any advice about this topic will be gratefully received as well as any tip to improve fluorescence Western Blot.

Blocking buffers contain some substance that sticks to exposed areas of the blotting membrane. Therefore, this substance becomes depleted upon use. Reusing the blocking buffer risks reducing its blocking ability. You might be able to reuse it, but if you are going to try it, I suggest you do so with your less important blots.
