Nano tubes are polymers having manganese in it which will trap exhaust pollutants inside it and separate the hydrogen molecules. The hydrogen molecules can be used as regenerative to charge the fuel.
Also how can I modify the size of this system to allow it to be adopted in automobiles keeping its aerodynamic properties secure and satisfy it's efficiency.

There is no hydrogen into exhausts gases of a combustion engine , otherwise it explode reaching the atmosphere
If you mean unburned fuel, oxidative catalyst exhaust is there to do the job to clean emissions
