Hello!

I am experiencing some problems in detecting neutrophils in rat blood of F344 rats.

I was using RP1 as a marker but somehow the detection fails.

I was wondering if there was a good alternative marker (maybe His48?) or if I could improve the handling of the sample somehow, since maybe I experience loss of them already before processing it.
