I collected some blood samples in falcon tubes with the suitable concentration of EDTA, and I stored them at -20 FOR 7 days, before centrifugation I picked them out and let them thaw at room temperature and centrifugated at 10000 rpm for 30 minutes, the serum did not separate??

You shouldn't freeze your blood sample before separation. By freezing and thawing, you induce blood hemolysis and then you can't separate phases. You have to collect your plasma/serum first and freeze at -20°C if you want.
I concur, refrigeration above freezing point should be okay for temporary storage in most cases..
The rbcs may be ruptured in the frozen temperature and hence you were not able to separate. The membranes of RBC cannot withstand these temperatures as such in blood bank also 2-4 degree celcius temperature is maintained for storage of whole blood.
Better separate the serum while the blood sample is still fresh and then store at -20°C.
Try this. You will get excellent separation.
when you collect blood for serum, centrifuge it and get the serum and store it in minus 20 for future use. else, cell membrane will be ruptured and serum cant be separated. best wishes.
