When i test the gold nanoparticle coated carbon printed electrode in the PBS, I see the redox peaks but the potential for the Au to reduce or oxidise is not in the range of my CV(-0.3 to 0.7). Can you please explain what are those peaks corresponding to?

Can you provide any examples of your CVs? My first suggestion is that you could try to reduce the scan rate to reduce the capacitive effects of the current collector (carbon printed electrode).
What is the pH of your system? The gold oxidation will occur at the higher end of your potential window. Which reference electrode are your potentials referenced to (e.g., SCE, Ag/AgCl)?

I am using the miniaturized screen printed carbon electrode as a base which has a Ag/AgCl ref and PBS has pH 7.4. I tried the scan rate of 20, 30 and 50 mV/s. and at all scan rate the redox peaks were there. I attached the CV scan of different electrodes that I deposited gold salt of different concentration and with two methods of CV and Chronoamperometry (CA).
