I was wondering if I can use the "Ottawa Decision Support Framework" for designing the decision-making counseling within a counseling program developed by "Planning Health Promotion Programs Introductory Workbook" from Public Health Ontario.

This seems OK in principle. Permissions requests from both organizations will provide further direction.

i think its ok but its best to focus on one framework as long as you have permissions so that your objectives and implementation are easier
