Hi,

Deposit your coating using the same condition on a planar surface, i.e. a si wafer by blocking a part of it. Then, after coating, you can measure the thickness by contact profilometry by establishing the non-deposited part as your baseline.

Overall, PEDOT:PSS film characteristics are strongly influenced by the substrate temperature during printing and annealing temperature as well as surface modification, determined by a mix of surface wetting characteristics, rate of evaporation of the solvent and coalescence of the printed lines.
