I am not aware of such a database. This is probably because the question you are asking has too many unknown contributing variables. For example, pregnancy has the potential to sensitize women to non-self HLA but sensitization does not always occur. This is largely because pregnancy-induced sensitization depends of the degree of mismatch between a woman and the father of the baby - if mother and father are not so disparate based on HLA, then it is unlikely that the mother will become sensitized. Likewise for transplant patients except there you have an additional variable beyond HLA mismatch between donor and recipient; immunosuppression. Many transplant patients have a high degree of mismatch but may remain unsensitized post-transplant if they are compliant with their immunosuppressive drugs. In contrast, non-compliant patients tend to become highly sensitized because they make HLA antibodies to nearly all mismatches.

Given all that if you were to find a database like the one you are looking for, I would doubt that you would identify any correlation between HLA type and cPRA. However, such a study would be a good exercise for you to do regardless if this was an area of interest.
