I have a 29y old patient who is suffering from giant cavernous lymphangioma of the left half of the body (excluding face, neck and left breast). In the neonatal period she has been operated, but tumor growth could not be stopped. Several months ago she had severe life threatening sepsis due to secondary inflammation of the tumor. I asked specialists in Krakow Poland who had experience with OK-432 treatment, but they found that this kind of treatment was not indicated in that patient.Does anybody has any idea what to do with the patient? How should she be treated? I will be very grateful for any advice. The patient is from Croatia.
