NCBI Entrez system has a number of batch download options, assuming the required sequences have been submitted to INSDC.

Search the EST database with the following query:

(Phoenix dactylifera) AND "Phoenix dactylifera"[porgn:__txid42345]

and then use the 'Send to' link at the top right of the page, choosing the file option.

I've attached a screenshot. Good luck.
