I am uploading 2kb sequence files of three genes any expert can help me to analyse these sequences and designed suitable primers for me as i have tried so many times before but i failed to get 2kb length fragment. it would be blessing if someone can designed suitable primer length for me

A BLAST search of each of them shows that they are not genes. They are cDNA sequences from spliced messenger RNA. So you will need a good cDNA library to be able to find those by PCR, they will probably not amplify well from genomic DNA.
Why don't you tell us what oligos you have already tried. It might be that you are not designing them well, or it might be that your oligos are fine and the problem is something to do with your template or amplification conditions.
