I am running seahorse mito stress test for CD3+ T cells. I used Cell-Tak to coat the 96-well plate, however, recently I cannot buy Cell-Tak. I want to use gelatin 0.1% for plate coating. Can anyone recommend a gelatin coating protocol and how was the gelatin per cm2 you used for T cell adhesion?
