Dear colleagues

I perform a long In-vitro experiment (4-month period) including weekly checkups by a 2-photon microscope.

During this experiment period, my cells faced an infection multiple times.

I tried to use an antifungal drug and many protocols for cleaning the dishes, but it stopped the effect of the cells.

Do you have any recommendations to avoid the infection in the first place and how to clean it without harming the cells if it happens?

Thank you in advance
