I have the ideal reply to your question. Please try to use the POM Theory. It will give you automatically the type of pharmacophore site (Antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, or antitumor profile).
You should have a (X sigma moins ----Y sigma moins) moiety in your antimalaria hits (X, Y = N, O, S)..
