Full factorial design in DoE consumes lot of time, cost and resources Fracional factorial design like L9 orthogonal array in case of 3 factor 3 levels saves time, cost and resources. But at what cost ? Have to agree that former is more accurate. But how innacurate is Taguchi ? Given a process, how to decide which one is better ? Is it at all times Taguchi orthogonal array hands up ?
