I am working on a flyback converter operating in CCM. I want to use a SiC diode on the secondary to minimize the Reverse Recovery effect and the losses it induces in the mosfet. However, when I simulate the converter in LTSpice, I get huge current oscilations when the diode turns off. Please see the attached image.

What is causing these oscilations and how can I get rid of them?

When I use a Si diode, there is no ringing.

Diodes used:

SiC: Wolfspeed C3D03060F

Si: OnSemi MUR1520

Mosfet used:

Toshiba TK2Q60D
