I want to learn about analysis and design of resonant converters but where do I start? Do you have any recommendations about books, articles, webinars, videos that cover this topic and you found it usefull?
Hi Samo, I would have a search on one of the component suppliers websites. such as "mouser" - then have a look at some of the data sheets for "resonant converter" ICs.. Texas Instruments often has very good data sheets which will give you a strong practical footing for getting deeper involved.
You will probably find that the IC manufacturers also have some more general data sheets / white papers talking about Resonant converter designs.
I think you will find these are more easily understood for practical implementation as more academic publications tend to be very heavy on the ideal theory.
Designing an LLC Resonant Half-Bridge Power Converter: By Hong Huang, is a good article. Also there are 3 review articles of mine might help you in this. And you can refer to Sam video on youtube.
