I am making a flyback transformer which has to comply with the IEC 60601 safety standard for two means of protection.

I would like to use a wire which has already been certified that is it compliant with the 60601 standard, so i would not have to do it and pay for the certification.

How do i know if the manufacturer has the certified his wire according to the 60601 standard?

Do you have any suggestions regarding wires / wire manufacturers which are available in Europe?

How do you go about when choosing wire manufacturers for your project?
