I need to follow the release of Heme moiety from peroxidases by Fluorescent method. Is there any fluorescent method available (Intrinsic or extrinsic)? I do not presently have access to CD to follow heme release at 407 nm.
Professor Egan from South Africa is studying on the fluorescent probe for free heme. You can ask him about that.
I am looking for a free web based docking tool that takes into account backbone protein flexibility via induced-fit upon ligand docking?
