Hello Everyone!
I am trying to find out more information about the accuracy of using Fluorescence Microscopy & Flow Cytometry techniques to count living bacteria in water after using metal nanoparticles to kill them. Does anyone have any average or common bacteria log reduction value(s) associated for both of the Flow Cytometry and Fluorescence Microscopy techniques.
If anyone has any personal experience in using the techniques to count viable bacteria using the bacteria log reduction value or could provide any documentation, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
