i need to check the change in MBC's population, increase or decrease upon treatment of Murine B cells, extracted from spleen. recently i've used B220+ igG1+ igM- PD-L2+. i see some researchers used cd73 and 80 to further get the subsets. however my target is memory b cells, almost all subgroups. so is PDL2 enough? or any other marker should be included. Plus , should i use gl7 to exclude GC b cells? or i can ignore it... later i may check CSR and SHM, but not now. so should there be GL7 in my panel?
