Hi, I'm doing a research and I need to use a CO2 incubator, the problem I have is that the CO2 sensor does not work and the provider has not given us a solution (it seems it won't be soon), so we're trying to use another device to measure the flow of CO2 (it has a graduation of 10-70 ft^3/h), how can I know how much I need to inject of CO2 to reach the 5-10% that my cells need in order to grow? What is the volume of your incubator?
Refresh the air in your incubator totally and then use the flow meter to add CO2 up to 5-10% of the volume of the incubator. (Do that every day at a fixed time e.g. when you believe the CO2 reaches a minimum. Then again perhaps not. Once at the start of the experiment may be enough.)
