Flow Cytometry Analysis of Bacterial Samples , PI and Syto-9 concentartions?

Hi All,

I am looking into Antimicrobial Peptides interaction with bacterial cell membrane using Flow Cytometry. I am worried about the concentration of both PI and Syto-9 dyes. Please suggest suitable concentrations of both dye in PBS.

I used 7.5 µM of Syto9 and 30 µM of PI dyes in PBS, gave me good results.
