Is there any standard procedure to follow to finding homogeneous subset(superscript) in Two-way ANOVA with a co-variate ?

No sorry because I use R software to made the statistics. The script that I wrote before was for R software.

In SPSS , you sir can follow these steps : (regarding 2 way ANOVA)
General Linear Model > Univariate
Then click on > Model > Custom from Covariates box to Model box ( shift one variable one by one then click on both variables that present and shift both together )
> Options > click on Homogeneity Test
