I've been using Channel5 for extracting the EBSD data and since recently it has been replaced with AztecCrystal, there are a few changes such as the "Recrystallized fraction" map.

I wanted to ask if anybody can help me replicate the previous "Recrystallization fraction" map in AztecCrystal software.

I know about the Classify function in the new software and training software to classify different regions of interest. Also, the GOS map can differentiate between recrystallized and deformed grains. Yet, I cannot extract the same map with various parameters available in the new software. What are the criteria for deformed, substructured, and recrystallized grains?
