I would highly recommend trying PreCice coupling library in which different solvers can be coupled. Fluid solvers like Openfoam, SU2 and structural solvers like Calculix,deal II, fenics can be brought together.

I am currently using Calculix and SU2 coupled by PreCice. Also there is an FSI module in Openfoam.
