Export results of Ansys mechanical to Paraview?

How can I export results of Ansys mechanical to Paraview? In Fluent you can do the exportation from this way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDoIDwzN-e0 but I can not find the way to export files from mechanical of workbench

Paraview is a great and free postprocessor; i like the high resolution in renders and the macros.
