Is it possible to estimate the stiffness properties of a system knowing that all we have is the mass of the system and accelerations mesured by accelerometres in 3 points.

I think yes you can but you must also have the displacement at different points.
all i have are accelerations on 4 points
By integrating the acceleration function twice w.r.t time, you will get the displacement
