I am currently planning an experiment making an antibody-siRNA conjugate using this kit: TriLink Antibody-Oligonucleotide All-in-One Conjugation Kit, https://www.trilinkbiotech.com/cart/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=14207

As each shot of this experiment is quite expensive, I'm looking for people who have already used this kit or similar approaches to ask for their experiences. The company claims this is working perfectly no matter if you use single or double stranded oligos, short or long sequences, DNA or RNA, 3' or 5'-end for conjugation… but as we know reality can often be more complicated.

So what I would be interested in is what type of oligo you used it for, how the success rate and yield were, if you used different kits or strategies and how they compare, which ratio of oligo to antibody you used and any practical tips you could offer. I'm especially interested in short double-stranded RNA, but experience with any kind of oligo would be helpful. Thanks a lot!
