There are many researchs on effect of different cleaning agents on many types of fugi or bacterya...as i understand till now, each fungicide agent or ...has a specific range in killing fungi or..., i attached articles that show this range, so i can not say a special one that use for all contaminations, but as you said alcohol be evaporate speadily as compare bleach, so it means if the bench be contaminant, after bleach it is a bit sticky because bleach stay on it, but alcohol fastly evaporate and bench is dry and not sticky, another reason is alcohol penetrates cell walls and when arrive to protein, coagulate it, but when you add water to ethanol, ethanol stay more time ant it means effectime time be more, it made sloweing to coagulate because arriving to protein be slow, but because cell walls are penetrating for staying more time of alcohol to it, so many cells will kill before those proteins coagulate. That is reason of mixing water to alcohole, to killing more cells in more time staying alcohol before evaporating. At the other hand, in tissue culture you need to have healthy plants, so cleaning is very important, so usually use both if them, first bleach, then alcohol, so i remember when i used bleach, if it staied a bit more time suddenly, there was no problem, but if i must use alcohol for 30 secound and suddenly itstay a bit more(about 45 secound till 60 sec) i had died cells after culture, or even contaminated cells after culture, so alcohol is sensitive than bleach, so i think alcohol is beter than bleach, but i dont know about comparing iso propanol and alcohol, but i think i know isopropanol is higer evaporate than alcohol.

Unfortunately i could not find an article that says which one is best, but in these articles wrote which fungi or bacterya will kill with these chemical agents...

All the aforementioned do not solve the PCR contamination. Alcohol will precipitate the oligos and thus maker them last longer on your bench, and the same applies for most bleaching agents. Contamination is actively acquired by the person and does not jump into the PCR tube from the bench.

Ah yes true by precipitation maybe contamination move yes, but remember we dont use alcohol when we put stuff on the bench, those are in far from where we clean.

And about can not jump from bench, during doing actions on the bench, our hand and body move and maybe touch the bench and then touch tubes, so it may contaminated, so if use bleach it still here and maybe absorb contaminations, as compare alcohol was left .

At the other hand, just bench is not important, hands are more important, so we use alcohol or...to clean them, because this, we must be hand up always, not hand down because this sharing to down may move contamination easyli down.

And i think it helped you know which chemical agent is strongest to kill types of contaminatios, if you know for example staphilococcus will die after 10 seconds conect alcohol with it, so this bacteria be each place, in the bench or other, you muat kill it, so you dont know each bacteria or fungi is in your bench or even in your hands, so you must try to low them to have a perfect results.

But at the end i think benck or hands are important but not more than tubes, you must have clean and sterile tubes, because inside it is and tips are more important because those are inside and may show in gel(if high temprature does not kill them, haha), so i think if we just use routine alcohole, as i did, (even sometimes i touch head of tubes or these types of contaminating ) but result was good, haha.

Ethanol would be absolutely ok...however, against potential contamination you should also include other ingredients (e.g. RNase-Ex etc.)
