I've come across a report in spreadsheet form from analysis done on Etap. The Data from this report has been tabulated in Excel in order to allow for further analysis and calculations on Excel.

The problem is, with a need for analysis of a newer report, the report output from newer version of the Etap software seems to be incompatible with the format of the older version. This poses the problem of incongruency of formulas applied for calculation onto the new report in excel. The new format has difference in cell sizes, table structure, spacing, etc.

Is there any easy approach to this without the need of using brute force means of individual formatting of very extensive and large data which would waste considerable amount of time (- needing a time efficient solution to allow for easy future data transfer)?
