Any recommendations for labeling of Eppendorf and blood tubes on farm?
If possible something where we can scan the animals tag numbers so that the barcode etc. corresponds or prints onto the label.
Yes you should check out labtag! We've used them in labs for labeling all sorts of things. They also do barcodes and scanners too and there are some pretty helpful tips on their blog for organizing a system.

They work quite well with normal laser printers. Ask them for a sample and give it a try.
