I agree that there is a significant relationship observed between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial culture. But I am personally not convinced they're communicating vessels. Like entrepreneurial culture may lead to entrepreneurial education, but entrepreneurial education may not always lead to entrepreneurial culture.

I may be wrong here.

Also, I have not (so far) seen any programs within this.

I appreciate you Mr Melkamu Tadesse Wazza that you have raised the mind blowing question in RG.Entrepreneurship Education is a streamlined program designed by the respective Government to tap up the potential entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and techniques to promote the budding entrepreneurs in the particular location.

The term Entrepreneurial culture means that practices are being followed over the years or decades among the young entrepreneurs in the given geographical location.

Of course, the Entrepreneurial culture is not exploited in some societies due to some factors which hinders the development of those entrepreneurs.

There will be a wide gap between these two groups of entrepreneurs. Some societies may not encourage the entrepreneurial culture because of the lack of awareness, knowledge and skills among the young entrepreneurs.

It is very challenging issue among the budding entrepreneurs those who are reluctant to apply the new skills, knowledge and technical ideas etc to the society.

It is important to note that the psychological factors like Achievement Motivation, Perception, Attitude and Awareness creation etc could help to change the mind of these entrepreneurs in the given society.

Melkamu Tadesse Wazza, how can entrepreneurial culture be applied to education is something many scholars have been studying and practicing at different levels (but mostly in higher education), for three decades. There are programs on the best practices and teaching methods on entrepreneurship education, such as Babson College Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (in United States of America), which I had the opportunity to complete. The objective of these programs is for educators to learn how to apply entrepreneurial culture in education; and, thus, to teach any course with an entrepreneurship mindset.

The best link that could occur between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial culture is know-how, that is, education that has high components of activities directly related to practical activities in the field, which make the students, throughout their lives, generate an entrepreneurial culture.

I'm convinced that when we talk about business culture, what we usually talk about is corporate culture. In order to proceed to a possible answer, it would be good to define business culture as an element of the wider culture of the society we are talking about. It may make sense. Perhaps such an analysis would require, at first, a comparison of the cultures of two societies, so that we can then look for where business culture fits into the general concept of culture.

There are around 20% of the global population between the age of 16-24. Across the globe, young men and women are making an important contribution as citizens, productive workers, entrepreneurs, consumers, members of civil society and agents of change. Their energy and capacity for productivity and innovation are invaluable and priceless resources that no country can afford to blow and squander. Although they are accounted a priceless national asset in every country.

Young people are also extremely vulnerable. They face high levels of economic and social uncertainty, because of the culture and policymakers, their full potential is not realized and recognised and disappears with time.

Most studies in the region have been conducted in developed countries compared to economies in transition and developing economies entrepreneurship education (EE) start in higher education institutions rather than schools. Interestingly, the trend peaked in 2015, when most of the studies were conducted in the EU countries due to the interest in implementing policies related to entrepreneurship in the member states. On the other hand, the developing countries have recently started to focus more on research due to the availability of information and the continuous economic growth. While It is recommended that policymakers formulate policies aimed at promoting the development of the European Commission by promoting strategic cooperation between stakeholders and educational institutions. In addition, academic institutions are encouraged to improve entrepreneurial culture (EC) among academic and non-academic staff, students and other stakeholders through innovative and practical approaches, such as curriculum development and entrepreneurship training seminars. In addition, practitioners (entrepreneurs) should be allowed to play a proactive mission as role models for students.

many studies show in developing countries the EE is not important as academic education, as the societal culture encourage the young to complete their study to have a better chance to secure a job and stable life and in some other cultures obtain an asocial status acceptable in the society. in such countries we find families economise on living life to provide for the children's study needs.

Entrepreneurial culture is one in which new ideas and creativity are expected, risk-taking is encouraged, failure is tolerated, learning is promoted. It champions product, process, and administrative innovations, and views continuous change as a conveyor of opportunities. Entrepreneurial culture is shared throughout the organization. It serves to socialize the employees and helps them treating the customers, treating each other, and acting in their jobs. The entrepreneurial culture encourages autonomy, risk-taking, and entrepreneurial behavior.

Characteristics

Entrepreneurial culture has some characteristics as mentioned below.

1. New ideas are encouraged

2. Experimentation is promoted, trial and error is encouraged.

3. Failures are allowed. However, attempts are made not to repeat the same mistakes again.

4. There is no parameter for an opportunity.

5. Resources are available and accessible.

6. Multidisciplinary teamwork is promoted.

7. Establishment of a long time horizon for evaluating the success of each program or venture.

8. A volunteer program that cannot be forced upon an individual.

9. Appropriate reward system for risk-taking, energy, and effort.
