For three days MTT assay in cell culture lab.
first day; control is 0,435 -0,375- 0,420- 0,390
second day; control is 0,500 - 0,525 - 0,495- 0,575
third day; control is 0,780 - 0,775 - 0,850- 0,825
are these elisa results normal or not ???
What characteristics should have the ELISA results?????
It is normal because if you consider the first day the cells growth normally with a lower density and the second and third day the density of the cell culture is encreased so is normal that the control increase to 0,850 it is fine and is normal....Let me know if you need more information
