Elisa kit in serum mice for Beta-Endorphins?

I want to perform an Elisa test for Beta Endorphins in mice serums. I don't have any experience with this technique/.

I am wondering, do you do a purification of the serum before doing the Elisa?

Do you know any good kit that works for Beta-Endorphins?

Any advice I just take into account? Any protocols you would recommend?

Any suggestion and advice is really welcome and appreciated,

Look at the manual first. Usually, serum, plasma or tissue homogenates are used.

You, probably, need to get serum from the blood, then use it immediately or freeze at -20C. Avoid repeatable thawing.
