What would be the electrical and thermal conductivities of graphene oxide and reduced graphene?
Concerning pure graphene and some other nanocarbons, you can find necessary data in the chapter Carbon (Graphene/Graphite) in my book UHTM-I.
Graphene oxide due to its functional groups has low thermal and electrical conductivity than reduced GO. As Cem mentioned, you can alter thermal and electrical conductivity of GO by changing its C/O ratio via reduction of GO.
