You can export and visualize those eigenforms. Moreover, many preprocessors offer a possibility to check the connections between components. If that doesn't solve your problem, I'd be interested in the Abaqus model.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Its true that many pre-processor like ADINA are there to check the connections between components. But i was mainly interested in Abaqus. I will try the method you have mentioned and will visualize the eigenmode....

What is small? Are those frequencies that you are quoting?

Best way would be to visualize the model, but other than that, probably the node with the highest U value belongs to the loose bits, so that could help you to localise the issue.
