I am studying Ras-Raf interaction and I want to use an inhibitor for that interaction as a positive control. Can somebody please suggest an effective and commercially available inhibitor for that purpose?.
Hi Soran! i was reading this the other day and thought it was cool ( Chem. Sci., 2017, 8, 4756 ). They mention Rigosertib (cas- 1225497-78-8) as a small molecule Ras-Raf PPI inhibitor ( Cell, 2016, 165, 643–655 ). It is commercially available.
Many thanks for your answer. Indeed Rigosertib is an interesting compound and it works quite well for many assays. However, I am afraid its not very useful for me since I am doing cell based assays (I shouldv'e mentioned it in my question sorry) and as you know Rigosertib is well known for having cell killing activity or inducing apoptosis in variety of cells.
