Hello Everyone,
extracted the fruit juice from a fresh harvested ripened fruit bu due to the shortage of time we kept our fruit sample in refrigerator for further study ( pH, sugar, acidic compounds etc).
Q 1: I want to know that is there will be any effect of temperature and time duration on Fruit Juice pH , on sugar and acidic compounds?
Q 2: should we measure these parameters as soon as or can be measure at any time ?
