How can check the species in the habitat using eDNA test if I use single primer for barcoding???
Characters
It depends on the primer. Some primers are universal such as CO1, so could be used to detect a range of species, while other primers are species specific. You should investigate the use of universal primers that would work for your group of animal.
I am so grateful for that anser while there are a point I need to understand I will ask you in next time. many thanks dear Dr. M. Monaghan
