If I ordered this RE EcoRV (R6351), does it come in the liquid form (diluted) or what form it will be arriving?
What does it mean the components.., it's already diluted or the components will be given separately ?
I never experienced in using RE, please guide me.

Hello,
You generally get one tube with restriction enzyme itself (liquid) and another tube and a concentrated buffer (10X) for setting up the restriction reaction itself. Some digestion reactions have bovine serum albumin added to them too (this should be clear with the directions that come with the enzyme).
