I am conducting a master thesis in the field of economic evaluation and mental health services as systematic literature review. Now I consider what databases to use. I have been thinking to use Ovid MEDLINE and Scopus but should I use instead EconLIT and PsycINFO for better coverage?

You should use both. Each has unique journals that will cover this issue. You may also want to use a broad-based database like EBSCO Academic Search (or similar). I would also recommend trying Google Scholar, but only if your library has a login to it that connects your library's full text with Google Scholar results. Google Scholar is more difficult to use, so don't make it your first choice.
You might also consider a business database for the economic side of this issue.
Hi Hanna, If you are doing a systematic review you need to focus on covering the whole literature rather than selecting individual databases. Also its important that you use Bibliographic Software/Reference Management Software such as Zotero, Mendeley or EndNote. Its good for many things but especially for managing and deduplicating your results. My advice as you are doing an MSc is to go and talk to your Librarian. They are great at this sort of thing and can help you do two things. 1) Sort out which databases to use and 2) really important as well sort out your search strategy so that it is appropriate to the databases you choose to search. I would also have a look at PRISMA as well as I think it will help you think about how you present your search [ http://www.prisma-statement.org ].
