E coli in vacuum ?

What will happen to E coli cell in under 0 atm? Will get completely dehydrated? If I want some bacteria to remain morphologically intact under vacuum, is there any common bacteria I can use?

All biota will deform - often taking up a spore form, when desiccated under a hard vacuum.
